We’ve created a unique middle ground that gives you the creative freedom of a DIY wedding, allowing you to select your own catering, beverage service, decor, entertainment, photography, videography, content creator, floristry (full DIY, full hired or a blend of the two), and other vendors ALONG WITH our venue inclusions of our 600-year old big gum tree, four vintage couch sets, x12 bar tables with two stools each, x6 5m tables for 120 guest seated dining, 120 black bentwood chairs, x40 white chairs or x8 timber benches for outdoor ceremony seating, x100 white seats for our undercover white garden marquee as the perfect wet weather back up, x6 picnic table and chairs, a rustic front bar with vintage artwork or our portable pop-up bar, a TV, fireplace and aircon throughout all indoor spaces, high voltage power points for food trucks, speakers and a roaming microphone for music and speeches throughout the venue (even the toilet so no one misses a thing), a bridal suite and deck area for a bridal party of 12 with ensuite, festoon & fairy lights, a bonfire with marshmallows, cake cutting and serving, grazing platter serving and dessert serving, and decor set-up and pack-down, PLUS the professional support of an all-inclusive venue, including a wedding planner, day-of-coordinator, day-of-assistants, and a night manager for every event. Additionally, if you’re wanting even more planning convenience, we offer competitively priced in-house bar staff who serve alcohol and cocktails from our rustic front bar, or portable pop-up bar.
